• FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE AND MINE, ALL BOOKING IS DONE ONLINE. I do not have a receptionist. I got dozens of spam calls a day so I screen my calls so I can spend more time with my patients! It’s just little ole’ me doing everything, so online booking makes more sense. Text me if you’d like a phone call to discuss any questions. I’d be happy to talk to you. • A credit or debit card is required to secure your spot, and a one dollar security hold placed.

• NEW: Cancellations are welcome no later than 36 hours prior to your appointment (exceptions are made for true emergencies or serious illness as long as you TEXT ahead of time!) you will be automatically charged for the full amount of your appointment, as no shows and cancellations can be hard on such a small business and also prevent others from making appointments. Thanks for understanding and supporting a small, boutique woman owned business. Proceeding with making an appointment means that you have read this and agree to these terms.

• FORMS: Your health history and consent forms will be emailed to you for you to complete on a computer at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, so I can have a chance to familiarize myself with your history, and so I can best serve you and customize your treatment for your specific needs.
