• ALL BOOKING IS DONE ONLINE. To request an appointment and create your patient account, please click the convenient purple button below.

• A credit or debit card is required to secure your spot, and a one dollar security hold placed.

• NEW: Cancelletions are welcome no later than 36 hours prior to your appointment (exceptions are made for true emergencies or serious illness as long as you TEXT ahead of time!) you will be automatically charged for the full amount of your appointment, as no shows and cancellations can be hard on such a small business and also prevent others from making appointments. Thanks for understanding and supporting a small, boutique woman owned business.

• Your health history and consent forms will be emailed to you to complete on a computer at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, so I can have a chance to familiarize myself with your history, and so I can best serve you and customize your treatment for your specific needs.
